William thought he was meeting up with a 15 year old boy at Pioneer Courthouse Square in Downtown Portland, but encountered us, instead (Investigative Journalists with Cameras); he willingly divulged the disturbing past trauma that contributes to his sickness; he was abused by his grandfather from the age of 5 to 13.
He expressed a desire to seek help and deleted the dating apps in front of us, but later reinstalled them and was then discovered online the very next day.
