Next unlawful session 6-2-19. The Criminal actions of the so called Magistrate ?
Chris Miocevich when he ruled against the High Court of Australia, the Commonwealth Constitution Act 1900 UK and Commonwealth Constitution 1901 and The Statute of Monopolies and the Letters Patent establishing the Officer of the Governor for the State of Western Australia put in place with a Letters Patent on the 29th of October 1900. He ruled against TWO Referendums when The People said NO in short he the so called Magistrate is a #Traitor a #Fraud and as he has not sworn an oath of allegiance, he is impersonating a officer of the Crown.
All 3 offences are serious #Criminal #Offences.

The Fee Simple means;
“In the language of the English Law, the word “Fee” signifies an estate of inheritance as distinguished from the less Estate – A Fee Simple is the most extensive in quantum, and the most absolute in respect to the rights, which it confers, of all estates known to the law it confers, and since the beginning of legal history it always has conferred, the lawful right to exercise over, upon and in respect to the land, every act of ownership which can enter into the imagination, including the right to commit unlimited waste, and, for all practical purposes of ownership it differs from the absolute dominion of a chattel in nothing except the physical indestructibility of its subject. Besides those rights of ownership, a Fee Simple at the present day confers an absolute right, both of alienation into vivos and of devise by will.”
This is what Landgate says what Fee Simple means;
"You are the owner of the property in Fee Simple which is also known as "Freehold". It is the greatest estate that can be held by a person without being the absolute owner of the land, which is the Crown. Fee Simple or Freehold titles are also commonly called "Green Titles" and are the normal land title issued to owners of land in WA and other Australian States."
And the so called Magistrate Chris Miocevich says;
That he can Ignore the High Court and the Constitution and allow the council without a court order to #STEAL property.
