The EBL crew assembles at the end of the Cultural Marxism series to take up the work of Slovenian Philosopher and Elvis of cultural theory Slavoj Zizek. We discuss his groundbreaking work '"The Sublime Object of Ideology". In many ways a critical reaction to the theorists discussed previously, Zizek reconfigures our understanding of ideology past the Marxist and post-Marxist conception. We discuss this in context of the current BLM riots and antagonisms taking place in America.
