An Ohio man seen kneeling the neck of a crying 2-year-old boy on social media has been arrested. 20-year-old Isaiah Jackson was booked into jail on a probation violation after the Clark County Sheriff’s Office launched an investigation into the photo, which depicts a man with his knee on the back of a white child neck’s along with a caption, “Blm now mf.”
Brian Papin, a special education teacher in Cedar Grove, Atlanta, commented on the viral image of Isaiah Jackson kneeling on the neck of a crying toddler in a scene imitating George Floyd’s fatal arrest. Papin suggested that the man knee on specific parts of the toddler’s body in order to kill him.
