Description of issue: The English Press Association members, who are a segment of the Workers of England Union are being unlawfully pursued, harassed by this cartel with the assistance of the police. The Cartel was formed in 1992 (prior to the 1998 legislation, 2002 legislation and 2013 legislation on cartels). It is obviously a Cartel by the wording and enforcement (via police). The Police are arresting our members, harassing our members, and have confiscated our members union cards and there separate English Press Association cards. It is my belief that the Police has unlawfully endorsed a Cartel and enforce its Cartel at tax payers expense. The state (police) or a Cartel (Corporations) operating together should not have the power to say who is or is not a journalist. We have video evidence of the abuse.
