What is happening within Swedish police ?
Ex policeman Conny Andersson who left in 2011 tells his story.

Conny Andersson is an ex policeman who today works as a trainer in tactical tracking. He is very worried about the development in the Police organisation.

We see today, according to Conny, a dangerous development where experienced honest policemen are replaced by unexperienced policemen and private security organisations.

He tells us when he began his police education at the Police Academy the head master was Göran Lindberg also known as "Captain Garment". Göran Lindberg was awarded a "Feminist of the Year" award for his gender equality work within the police force which also gave him the "Captain Garment" epithet.

It later came to public realization that Göran Lindberg was a ruthless rapist and he was convicted to six and a half years of prison for having raped young girls.
The court pleaded he had been subjecting the girls to considerable ruthlessness and "sadistic sexual violence".

Lindberg was selected for his position by social democrat governments, with Laila Freivalds as Attorney General; first as headmaster of the Police Academy, then as County Police Chief of Uppsala. Conny see a pattern in the appointments and asserts that a person with Göran Lindberg's problems have not been selected just by chance.

Conny worked as a "street cop" in the Western Stockholm area and came to a conclusion that the more resistance he sensed, the closer he was coming to the truth about the maffia and organized crime groups. He never hesitated to take action which meant he was living under constant threat and was armed 24h a day.

One day he was called in to his superior and who told him to "walk away" when he came close to the mafia gang.. Conny replied "I rather die".
Some time later the same boss introduced a new colleague who came from Norrmalm, named "SS". "SS" began filing work conduct complaints about Conny and later together with a certain prosecutor was driving a media campaign in relation to an intervention Conny did against a crime suspect.
Conny had been chasing and intercepting a young scooter rider, and handcuffed the young kid at an arrest. Conny was on trial for this for "over-violence" misconduct but later freed from accusations in District Court. The misconduct reporting was considered extreme to happen for a relatively casual intervention.

The struggle against the Mafia in western Stockholm was very tough. There could be several incidents per day where policemen had to pull handguns. But Conny relates since they were tough and successful they earned support from the public in the segregated areas and came in contact with people who disclosed valuable information.

The success in the fight against the mafia however meant the resistance from some corrupt colleagues was increasing,. At the same the repercussions from the trial made it difficult in general to work together.

After six months the police Union gave Conny notice but head of Police Sten Heckscher decided that Conny was going to keep his job.

After this Conny was given quite meaningless tasks that didn't involve contact with criminals. Conny became tired of the situation and finally announced his resignation year 2011. Coinciding with this the policeman named "SS" who had been driving campaigns against Conny, was arrested for rape of young girls in western Stockholm suburbs. He had also been selling drugs to the youth.

Conny told how the corrupt police officers had used the trial cases and cooperated with media to campaign against Conny,.

All in all the story Conny is relaying from his experiences paints a depressing picture of an alleged corruption that causes experienced and honest policemen to resign. Instead according to Conny the police organization is recruiting young and inexperienced policemen who is not protesting the policies.
Conny stresses that the organisation should instead take care to retain the skilled policemen. Conny states that organisational changes made policy by national police chief Dan Eliasson is pure sabotage with an aim to disempower the police force. The reason for this would be that forces behind these plans wants to underpin crime and thus an interest in getting rid of competent policemen.

Conny states this criminal conduct is about selling out our country, get control over taxation, etc. He says a vital parallell process is that private security companies are replacing police. In the U.S private prisons are in development, In Sweden also homes for delinquent youth is becoming a growing private industry.
