Former US President and British Prime Minister, George W. Bush and Tony Blair, invaded Iraq "in bad faith" and must stand trial for war crimes, an analyst tells Press TV. A recent poll has found that more than one fifth of Britons believe that Blair, who joined the US to invade Iraq, should be put to trial for war crimes. Based on the study by YouGov pollsters on the 10th anniversary of the US-led invasion of Iraq, half of Brits think Blair knowingly misled British MPs, with claims that Iraq had ready-to-launch weapons of mass destruction, with 22 percent of them saying the ex-PM deserves a war crimes tribunal because of his deceit.

Press TV has conducted an interview with Rodney Shakespeare, a political analyst from London, to further discuss the issue of war in Iraq. He is joined by the other guest of the program, Richard Hellman, president of the Middle East Research Center (Washington).
