TL;DR

Published on Jan 26, 2015

A 20 minute video debunking only the first 3 minutes of a video. This one was actually a bit painful for me to do. I may come back and do the rest but I'm concerned that if I have to watch this again I may actually lose the will to live. Nice to see that this Sarkeesian want-to-be has followed in style and disabled all comments and voting though. I wonder if the truth would be too much for her?

An interesting blog that looks at the "2010" study in depth:

To quickly clarify for those who check the source, yes I am aware that she has a reference list at the end of the video. Please note that in that reference list there are several studies that she cites that are absent, namely the 2001 and 2002 studies mentioned in this video. These are studies that I had to dig up to find the results of, which is funny considering they are somewhat crucial to some of her other studies and points validity.
