dr Meno is sticking his neck out at this forecast. He has been haunted with the notion that there will be a major false flag or real event at the FIFA World Cup Tournament in Brazil. It is about time that NATO will make a major move in the Ukraine to agitate Putin and Russia beyond the breaking point. It is like Putin is a tiger in a cage and NATO is passing guns across the bars of the cage, prodding him with a big stick in his face.
However, Putin has been very reserved with his neighbor as NATO's Fascism invades the Ukraine. I am very surprise he let it happen. Maybe he knows something we all don't. He has been very observant and calm in the buildup of NATO forces on the eastern fronts of Europe and on the Pacific side. USA has been coordinating military buildup with the Asian allies, down to shores of Australia.
NATO has been prodding Russia like a tiger in a cage. Agitating Russia through propaganda intending and forcing them to make a move to retaliate. Hence the propagating of WW3.
Since NATO can't spark a fight with Russia in the Ukraine. Maybe they will have a false flag in Brazil during the world cup. This could have a 2 fold effect. One, to hide atrocities going on in the Ukraine's eastern front. AND AS OF today June 22nd, IT IS HAPPENING. Atrocities are getting more serious in the Ukraine. Innocent civilians are being murdered from indiscriminate attacks on it's own people. Or TWO, to have Russia come to the defense of Brazil as an allied partner of BRICS. Rendering a contractual defense of their BRICS Buddies.
You see this is what I predicted for the Sochi Winter Olympics. When the attention was on the Winter Olympics in Sochi, was when NATO forces invaded Kiev. Knowing Putin could not do much. Any reaction would of taken the attention away from the showcase of the Winter Olympics. The same thing is going on now in Brazil.
So any event that may happen in Brazil will be an opportunistic event for the USA and NATO to exploit. And as it is going, the World Cup is drawing so much attention, a false flag attack may come when it benefits the criminals the most. MY guess towards the end of the competition. After the big Bucks have been made.
Also brewing on the Home front of Brazil, is the local riots and protesting on the billions spent on the World Cup presentation and ignoring the needs of the citizens. The Brazilians are suffering through austerity while the corporations are spreading the class struggle. They know where their priorities lie. Not with Corporate bastardization of their country. But to suffice the needs of the citizens, not sufficing greed of the corporations.
Always look what is going on under the table. Especially when the Presstitutes continue spreading lies and propaganda throughout the world. It is so funny watching all this from a third party the lies and misconception the presstitutes.
The world cup is even pirated the attention from the NHL Playoffs. Oh wait who won the Stanley Cup. Oh yea who cares, I am not Canadian. I did go to many LA Kings games as a kid.
I am starting to believe that there are higher authorities above Putin and NATO pulling the strings. I can't believe Putin is just sitting back and letting the takeover of the Ukraine. As I said before, Maybe he knows something we all don't.
Putting all this World Cup aside. Russia and China are discontinuing the dollar. GAs deal deals with China. Coming up with a inter nation credit exchange system to circumvent the central banks. The exclusions of central banks with allies. Trying to abort the dollar as a world currency reserve.

More considerations for a major event. How about some DARPA or HAARP activity over Brazil. Even an natural disastrous event. BBC reported a giant sinkhole near one of the stadiums.
