The 10th one is supposed to come on a White horse with a sword full in fire and restore balance/peace in the universe, he is supposed to come at the Kali Yuga, our current era . This, of course, is a metaphor of someone. What it means is unknown. Although Hitler made his own prophecy for the 10th avatar in 1928. "I am not he; but while nobody comes forward to prepare the way for him, I do so."
The idea for this video came to me while I read an article online about Hinduism and Buddha and found similarities in National Socialism, through my surfing on the web I also found Miguel Serrano, I knew about the man but never gave much attention, I was wrong not to do that! "
