106 Congressman Join Texas Lawsuit #shorts

The Texas lawsuit asking the U.S. Supreme Court to invalidate Joe Biden victory in 4 states has quickly become a conservative litmus test, as 106 members of Congress including the congressman from Pensylvania and multiple state attorneys general signed onto the case despite many judges adjudicating that they saw no evidence of fraud at levels that would change the election result. But this is not a slam dunk cause for all republicans as the outgoing and incoming governors of Utah are not happy their attorney general joined saying "Just as we would not want other states challenging Utah’s election results, we do not think we should intervene in other states’ elections.” And while Idaho's attorney general dclined to join saying " he has concerns about “supporting a legal argument that could result in other states litigating against legal decisions made by Idaho’s legislature and governor” Idaho’s two congressmen did join the brief.
