Dr. Birx reports that anyone who dies WITH coronavirus, regardless of any underlying health condition, is being counted as a death FROM coronavirus. There's a big difference between dying with something and dying from something. Conveniently, Dr. Birx's calculation of mortality rates makes no such distinction.
