Disturbing news out of China, apparently COVID19 wiped out the entire Wuhan Police Dept. which is about the same size as the NYPD. Many Wuhan PD Officers are either dead, dying, or infected. To replace these officers the Chinese Govt. took extra police from other cities and flew them into Wuhan.
