Recently there has been an open letter published that has been signed by 300+ people asking that the UN special Rapporteur on Torture should be removed based on what he wrote in an article named Demasking the Torture of Julian Assange. Suzie Dawson wrote a follow up open letter that has also been published and has been signed by 100+ people plus hundreds of supporters defending the article Demasking the Torture of Julian Assange.
