Some think the Trump camp has already conceded because on November 23rd, the Administrator of the General Services Administration, Emily Murphy, sent a letter to Biden indicating that she had approved the transition process. But some argue that, on the contrary, after the darkest of times, the Trump team is actually enjoying their first taste of victory. I agree with the latter.
Trump’s team, or rather his coalition, has launched massive lawsuits in six swing states. The outcome of these six states may ultimately determine the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.
Let’s analyze this from three fronts: A lawsuit filed by Trump's legal team with his coalition lawyers, such as attorney Lin Wood, can be considered the first battleground. Sidney Powell, the attorney who tracks the voting machines and voting software, filed the lawsuit in her personal capacity, which I see as the second battlefield. Finally, the state legislature can be considered the third front.
Now Pennsylvania has seen a major breakthrough. On Nov 27th, Republican state lawmakers in Pennsylvania announced a resolution they will soon be introducing to dispute the results of the 2020 election. The resolution “urges the secretary of the commonwealth and the governor to withdraw or vacate the certification of presidential electors and to delay certification of results in other statewide electoral contests voted on at the 2020 general election.”
Pennsylvania State Senator, Doug Mastriano, a Republican, said that the GOP-controlled state legislature will make a bid to reclaim its power to appoint the state’s electors to the Electoral College, saying they could start the process on Nov. 30th.
The Arizona and Michigan legislatures will also hold hearings on Nov. 30th and Dec. 1st, respectively. And in Nevada, a Court of First Instance judge recently said that an evidentiary hearing will be scheduled for Dec. 3.
Now, let us return to Trump's first and second fronts.
You may have noticed that many media outlets are reporting that dozens of lawsuits filed by the Trump team have been dismissed in lower courts. In fact, the vast majority of the lawsuits were filed by individual citizens or groups that supported Trump. Lawyers Lin Wood and Sidney Powell also filed lawsuits in their individual capacities. Only three lawsuits were actually filed by Trump's lawyers.
Finally, let's look at the second front, Attorney Powell's actions. Powell's independent front is both working with the Trump campaign to uncover election fraud, as well as doing preliminary work to thoroughly investigate election fraud after Trump's re-election. While she is acting independently and is not considered to be a Trump legal team member, she states she is serving the same clients: The American people.
Attorney Powell has vowed to unleash the "Kraken". So what is this "Kraken"? On November 24th, Linwood shared an article titled "SIDNEY POWELL’S “KRAKEN” IS DOD CYBER WARFARE PROGRAM" which was subsequently retweeted by President Trump.
Speaking of the Chinese Communist Party and Dominion, here are two pieces of information for your reference.
Regarding foreign interference in elections, on September 12, 2018, President Trump issued an Executive Order on "Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election". In the Executive Order, Trump would declare a national emergency in response to this threat. According to the order, so-called "election interference" includes interference with election infrastructure, as well as propaganda and distribution of false information.
Is all this a coincidence? I don't think so.
My advice is to find out the truth by doing your own research, the best way to do this is to look at information from various sources with an unprejudiced mindset. A great place to start is to go online and read Attorney Powell’s lawsuits, as well as look at the evidence presented in the state hearings, or some of the publicly available information to make some reasonable inferences.
