Recently, Facebook deleted without warning or explanation the Crossfit Banting7DayMealPlan user group. They did this because they felt that advocating for the Keto diet is unsafe and therefore they took the steps to remove the page. Crossfit’s response has been to remove itself entirely from FaceBooks services! Meanwhile a doctored video of house speaker Nancy Pelosi remains on the site as twitter users respond with #Deletefacebook which is trending. In this video Dan Dicks of Press For Truth explains why leaving the Pelosi video up is a good idea while also encouraging others to follow crossfit’s example of non compliance when it comes to Facebook.
