On the 27th August, YouTube claimed a "legal complaint" was made against 113 of my tracks, blocking them all in Europe over the space of 20 minutes. Even unlisted videos never seen by anyone received this complaint and were also blocked, despite not ever being visible to the public.
Everything I upload receives this same unspecified "legal complaint", even when set to unlisted, which suggests the complaint is being made by YouTube itself, making any kind of appeals process redundant - although I was not even offered one.
