Retail, manufacturing and some administration office work will close under stage four COVID-19 restrictions.
The new restrictions are likely to impact on the big retailers - including Myer, David Jones, Kmart, JB Hi-Fi and Harvey Norman - with stories only able to operate a click and collect service.
