The Woke provides a lens to see the world, and as a result, your worldview indeed changes, but not for anything positive. She has wholly rejected the ideology and realizes her education was a waste of time and money. However, she is thrilled to be set free. Gracie has genuine compassion and completely rejects destructive leftist ideology.
Her turning point was when she saw her indoctrination playing out in real-time, with the Evergreen State College student uprising, and she knew for sure how it happened as she saw the hostility and rage manifest in the students.
