This was a staged, political and media event. It's not an effective way of feeding the homeless. It's happening in different parts of the country and may be happening in your town. El Cajon was selected because it's a conservative city. You can see there are only a couple of homeless people and 10 times as many leftist activists and supporters. It's done for media attention and to set up a lawsuit against El Cajon. They want to intimidate the City and potentially get a monetary award from the City.
