Jo Rae Perkins is a Constitutional Conservative US Senate Nominee for the General Election on November 3, 2020. She drove to Salem Oregon to the state capital building to join in the Patriots Protesting against Gov. Kate Brown shutting the citizens out of the Capital Building during the one day special session. At the beginning you will hear the OSP calling the citizens "Subjects". Jo Rae arrived after the majority of the protesters left.
