Joe Biden's motorcade was seen in Washington DC on Tuesday afternoon heading to the Lincoln Memorial, Military troops were also seen deployed to the Blair House before the president-elect arrived. The Blair House is the guest 19th-century residence across the street from the White House where traditionally presidents-elect stay before being inaugurated.
