Basically creating voice files that sound exactly like any person's voice without being able to tell otherwise.
You'll be able to edit a voice file by literally writing out any text you wish and a person's voice being imitated perfectly 100%.
Imagine what kind of chaos will unfold once this program is available next year? Our enemies will be able to fabricate voice files to make anyone say what they want them to say.
They could take for example David Duke's voice and use that program to create a voice file that has him say that he loves the Jews and is a supporter of Israel.
