Before you say it. universal healthcare will not work either until the total cost is brought down. All you would be doing if shifting payment over to taxes from out of pocket. Canada France or whoever you're going to use as an example does not have the restrictive regulations that the US has. God I made it 60 seconds long and you STILL didn't get it.
