Wrestling won in the early days because it is free in the public school system so there is a larger pool of athletes to pull from. But as an Art, Karate is just better for fighting. Thats why guys like GSP and Lyoto do so well. There aren't really any other Karate fighters in the UFC, Anderson to a degree mixes it with his Muy Thai. The UFC's striking sucks ass. Fanboys didn't even know what a front kick was. That's embarrassing. That's how low their level of knowledge is about Karate.
