A nationwide class action lawsuit in Australia was just filed, with 500 members seeking redress for persons injured or bereaved due to the COVID-19 vaccines. Naming Australia’s national government, the Department of Health and the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) as well as numerous senior bureaucrats in government, members of the class, including a litigant who experienced severe heart damage associated with the Pfizer-BioNTech mRNA COVID-19 vaccine suggest a ‘cover up’ where health authorities and industry covered up the potential risks associated with the class of vaccine. Filed in New South Wales Federal Court this week, GP Dr. Melissa McCann of Queensland has been a key organizer and fundraiser driving the lawsuit. She secured over $110,000 via crowdfunding to advance this mass action claiming that the defendants are guilty of negligence due to their approval of the COVID-19 vaccines, as well as breach of statutory duty and misfeasance in public office.
