The day of our planned reopen event for The V Spa, owner Valerie Rutt was served with a cease and desist order from the State of Delaware. We mistakenly believed that the media would be interested in covering the suppression of a mothers ability to support her family. A press conference was planned outside of the WBOC facility in Dover, but after a sudden change of heart WBOC threatened to have us arrested for trespassing. The business next door was kind enough to let us hold it there. Funny enough, WBOC has continously downplayed the violent riots in Wilmington and Dover.
