Please click on the below link to review and download the documentation that we have gathered supporting our claim that Teresa Landa does not currently have a primary residence within the Central Valley School District, or even in Washington State for that matter.

Some of these documents were difficult to find but they are all publicly available. The photographs were taken in November 2021.

Ms. Landa claims that she sold her home and that she now stays with her boyfriend here in the district. She says that they are building a summer house together in Priest Lake, Idaho and they will be there summers and weekends. The referenced documentation does not support this claim, however.

Dating someone does not establish primary residency in the same way that marriage might (for obvious reasons). Ms. Landa does not have a single legal document that we can find that might establish any sort of formal residency at at her alleged new address on 13022 East Apache Pass Lane, Spokane Valley, WA. She did however, change her voter registration to this address just days before the election.

In regards to Ms. Landa’s claim that she and her boyfriend are building a weekend house together, we have not been able to find a single document with his name on it related to her new home in Priest Lake, ID. Ms. Landa does not appear to share ANY legal ownership of her new home in Priest Lake, ID with her boyfriend, just as her boyfriend does not appear to share ANY legal ownership of his home in Spokane Valley, WA with Ms. Landa.

When a person owns but one single home, and they regularly reside in this home, then this home would typically qualify as their primary residence. Considering Ms. Landa’s home is not a rental property, sits adjacent to the home of her brother, is located near other family owned properties in the bay, and will be occupied by her regularly, then this home is clearly her primary residence. Mortgage companies are very explicit about whether or not a home is a primary residence, as should be School Boards.

Ms. Landa is claiming that her dating someone in the Central Valley School District entitles her to register his home as her primary residence. She is asking the people in CVSD to accept this claim because her and her boyfriend have such a long-standing and serious relationship. It is however, difficult to take this seriously when it appears that her boyfriend is still married to someone else.

My position is that Teresa Landa is not eligible to sit on the CVSD Board due to her out of state residency. This is fully supported by the documentation available at the above file-share link. This documentation includes deeds, trusts, permits, questionable last-minute permit address changes, and a highly suspicious mail hold that ended on election day.

I have sent this information to The CVSD Superintendent and School Board Members as well as to several of the local news agencies. I am demanding an investigation and a formal, public statement from the CVSD Superintendent and School Board regarding their position on this matter.
