This is the first in a series on Peacemakers I have met in my travels. Christine DeTroy's story moved me and I knew I had to share it. Christine has been involved in Peace and Justice issues throughout her entire adult life in America. What began as an honors project at Bowdoin College ended up with Christine returning to her home town in Germany and discovering the facts about Frau Rosa Abraham, a Jewish neighbor, who died in a Nazi gas chamber.
