Why were Athens and Sparta different in so many aspects?

What made the Greek Phalanx a unique military concept deeply rooted in the political?

How did the Ancient Greeks perceive the public office, legislation, and policy?

Can we fathom the world we know without the greek legacy, and even more important, what can we learn from the ancient Greeks and incorporate into our daily lives?

Graf von Marstall, the Editor in Chief of the Warden Post and Michael Michailidis, The creator and co-director of Ancient Greece Revisited (AGR) embark on an expedition to Ancient Greece, with a special emphasis on the cultural, military and intellectual heritage they left to the West and the world in general.

"Ancient Greece Revisited" is the result of an effort from a modern team of Greeks to find new access to their culture. Through the orgiastic rituals of Dionysus and the true meaning of Eros, to the miracle of democracy and it's original and best critique, from the people who first developed it, we promise to bring to life a vision of Greece that goes against the "whitewashed" version that British Hellenists made universal to this day. A world of the past that could inspire the future!
