Human right attorney Leigh Dundas here. I want to talk about a an executive order done in 2018 by Donald Trump. Is was a declaration of a national emergency entitled imposing certain actions in the event of foreign interference in the United States Elections. This ability include the unauthorised accessing of election and. Campaign infrastructure. the term “election infrastructure” means information and communications technology and systems used by or on behalf of the Federal Government or a State or local government in managing the election process, including voter registration databases, voting machines, voting tabulation equipment, and equipment for the secure transmission of election results. Trump further noted that people have the ability to interfere with election by distribution of propaganda and disinformation. In recent years, the proliferation of digital devices and internet-based communications has created significant vulnerabilities and magnified the scope and intensity of the threat of foreign interference. Such constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the United States of America. Alteration and falsification of data will be assessed. Any person who engages in any form interference of a US election or who provides material or technological support for that interference. Any property of those people are then blocked (ie: withdrawn, paid, exported, used). Trump declared this state of emergency in 2018, 6 months after the 2018 elections and determine whether any funny business was going on. The director of national intelligence makes this threat assessment and delivers it to AG Barr, Trump, Secretary of State, and secretary of Defence, who until was Mark Esper until last week (this was not a coincidence). The executive order allows you to sanction foreign nations that interfere with out elections. Dominion voting machines is Canada’s largest election system and is based in Toronto Canada. Cytel (or Scytel) was founded in Spain. Scytel has connections with George Soros.
