TL;DR - Islamic Land Ownership: The Impending Issues

TL;DR

Published on Apr 25, 2019

Land ownership is an interesting concept under a legal system governed by religion. It will also certainly lead to tensions in the future when religious doctrine clashes with secular law vis-à-vis property and land.

Understanding the religious point of view will help to explain the positions that the religions adherents hold and why they enact certain behaviours when coming into conflict with secular societies.

Remember, in the same way westerners will dismiss their claims as "your laws don't matter here", they will simply reply with "your laws don't matter here" and thus you reach an impasse. This is why sharia courts exist in the west. Western legal claims are simply not recognized and seen as nothing other than nonsensical ramblings from heretics that can be safely ignored as irrelevant.
