IQ privilege is real, racial privilege is debunked.

In the U.S.A, those with similar IQs, achieve similar academic and career success.
Regardless of race, schooling, or financial wealth of one's family, per countless studies, including the Federal NLSY.
--
One's worth is not connect to IQ or education, any more than height.

But, IQ averages are real
..and Asians, Whites, and Ashkenazi Jews need to promote this fact to protect against debunked accusations of bigotry for their disproportionate success in schools, careers, and earnings.

I wish it wasn't true, countless mainstream education and psychology studies, prove nature is responsible for intelligence, more than nurture.

Example:
Black Head Start graduates do barely better for the first few grades at best,
and are indistinguishable from non-program attendees soon after.

In 1.1 million student NYC, Blacks are at the bottom.

Even poor immigrant children entering elementary school with little to no English, on average, outperform Blacks.
Do NYC teachers under teach group X or Y?
Of course not.
Teachers go above and beyond ever day.

There have been over 100 studies in the U.S. on class size.
It does not improve student performance, nor does money, above of course the basics/a solid classroom.

The best way to help low IQ populations, is to keep their families together.

IQ cannot be increased, but high school graduation will be increased, and unwed motherhood, decreased, in children grow up with two parents, especially a father's love and guidance.

"What was the race of the perpetrator?"
