Israeli soldier shoots unarmed Palestinian through the neck, paralysing him. Harun Abu Aram (24yrs old) attempted to stop the illegal confiscation of construction materials, in Masafer Yatta area, after being shot and transferred to hospital in critical condition, he was declared quadriplegic.
