The #1 question that should be asked right now is how did the federal police allow this level of negligence and incompetence to take place - who's decision was it not to warn the public there was a maniac on the loose killing innocent people at random for 12 hours?
Why did it take so long to respond, how did he acquire so much replica police material and no one notice? Is there more? Is someone selling police uniforms? Who made/applied the decals to his car? He did all of this by himself?
