The crazy resolution Rubio has submitted, along with his left wing alliance together with the radical Muslim Group Emerge/EmgageUSA , CAIR & the Islamist legal group headed by the Muslim Florida attorney, Wahhid & Wa'el Alsayat - is unconstitutional. His horrid resolution states that any speech that disagrees or criticizes Muslims or chastises the Koran or debates about or is critical of the prophet Mohammed or Islam is now considered a "hate crime" (how can any SPEECH that is critical of any ideology be a hate crime in America?

Nonetheless, those found guilty of this can put in in prison! If this resolution becomes a bill which then becomes law, this will for the first time in our history mark the end of free speech in America. And through this horrible bill, the Islamist's and open society Soros globalists, will have established a beach head in controlling anti Muslim speech - opening the flood gates for persecution of other "non special" religions and groups. I have warned America all along first- here on InspoNews that there was a sinister alliance between left wing trash-globalists and Islam and now here it is rearing its ugly head in full glory. the Islamic leadership at CAIR (Council on Islamic American Relations - which helps support the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas etc.) A new US law like this would closely resemblethe free speech killing law of left wing loon Trudeau in Canada - nefarious M-103 which ended free speech and democracy in Canada this past winter when Muslim groups pushed to get it through the Parliament. Now Rubio has mounted the biggest assault on the US Constitution since the founding of our republic. I noticed Christians were not a "protected class" in this crazy, tyrannical resolution! This man has for opportunistic alliance with Muslims in Florida allied with Islam to destroy free speech and imprison those who write or speak against Islam! Yet in our constitutional republic we are free to debate and criticize- as long as our BEHAVIOR or actions are not hateful (hate crime)- but this resolution calls for speech to be considered a hate crime. Also, Rubio calls for the FBI, CIA and NSA and 15 other intelligence agencies to spy on US citizens who are speaking against Islam and to use such covertly capture conversations as evidence to prosecute US citizens who are concerned about the 110 violent and intolerant texts of the Koran- the beginnings of a police state in America using Islam as the Trojan horse to invade our debate and privacy.
