Charles Swift is the Navy's Lt. Commander who defended Osama bin Laden's driver, Salim Hamdan, before the Supreme Court and won him a light sentence. Swift, retired from the US Navy since that time. In this clip, Swift praises terror suspects and convicts, whom he has known and sarcastically mocks the American military and civilian judicial systems. At about 11 minutes into the clip, Swift boasts that he still has the highest possible security clearance, presumably a Top Secret // SCI clearance. This occurred before an audience whose members in large part likely support terrorist organizations. Declaring in public that you have potential access to the highest classification of information, especially before such an audience would seem to be highly unkosher from a security point of view. Towards the end of the talk, Swift relates that details of the personal meeting that he had with the president, in which he implies that Obama hinted that he supports Swift's agenda.
