Remember that lawsuit last Saturday in which the Pennsylvania Supreme Court reversed a lower court’s block on certifying the state’s election results?
Well, Representative mike Kelly and Congressional Candidate Sean Parnell have appealed to the United States Supreme Court, and they’re willing to listen!
On Tuesday, an attorney for the two filed a 40-page emergency application for injunction and petition directed at US Supreme Court justice Samuel Alito.
The request asks the Supreme Court to block the state’s certification and to hear their challenge to the state’s mail in voting system.
