Zot the Youtuber and Live streamer got arrested for mischief by Officer A. Stewart, on the order of the other policeman you see in yellow. This happened in Ottawa, Canada on Feb 18, 2022 while he was simply walking through the streets.
You can hear him engaging in civil discussion with one policeman who gave ZOT a final warning and was explaining to him where he can walk. Three other officers hurry to reach and arrest him however, simply for streaming.
Meanwhile the political parties decided unanimously to shut down Parliament instead of debate the tyrannical and nonsensical implementation of the War Measures (Emergencies) Act.
