Court documents raise more questions about the deadly home invasion (the warrant was bogus) carried out by the Houston Police Department narcotics division on 7815 Harding Street on January 28, 2019. BE CAREFUL BEFORE CALLING THE POLCE: They’re probably not there to help you or your loved one.

The chief paraded “transparency” on television, yet the Houston Police Department continues to conceal public information about the deadly disaster.

Undercover government agents with the City of Houston Texas Police busted through the front door of 7815 Harding St just hours after obtaining a no-knock search warrant on January 28, 2019. Police opened fire first, supposedly shooting dead a dog within the residence. A firefight followed that left 5 officers injured and two citizens—Rhogena Nicholas and Dennis Tuttle—dead.

“[The concealed information] consists of body worn camera recordings involving an incident that resulted in the use of deadly force by a peace officer and administrative and criminal investigations of peace officers.”

Exposing these government secrets requires time and money. But our ability to obtain information from the clenched fists of government hangs by a thread. Please join me in the fight to advance the public’s right to access information held by the government.

"Our No. 1 goal," said police Chief Art Acevedo, "is always to find out the good, the bad, the ugly and to be transparent."

But is that reality? Or is that merely what he wants people to think?
