A patriot was arrested for public urination at the anti-American Chicano Park in San Diego, Ca a the second Patriot Picnic. We were confined in a "free speech zone" with no restroom facilities for a couple of hours with a hostile crowd at the exit. The guy just finally had to go. The City does not enforce constitutional rights in this park, but they do arrest people for peeing in public.
