Inmates at the San Vittore Prison in Italy riot and take over the prison, resulting in a jail break. Many Corrections Officers refused to show up to work because of the Coronavirus resulting in low staffing at the prison.
Couple this with the fact that Italy is now under Martial Law and visitations at the prison have been canceled and food is now being rationed, the prisoners revolted. Over a two hundred prisoners managed to escape the prison only to be mostly captured a few hours later by the military.
