Nita Gonzales, a panelist at a national summit on amnesty declares that America is the homeland (of Hispanic illegal aliens) and for that reason immigration laws are not valid unless they decide them. Gonzales is the daughter of Rudolfo "Corky" Gonzales, who is considered to be one of the four founders of the Chicano movement.
This took place at the National Immigration Reform Summit at the University of California at Riverside on March 16, 2013. The Summit was hosted by Armando Navarro of UCR.
