Jesse Lee Peterson on BET refers to some black voters expecting freebies from the Obama adminstration. This upsets the BET host so badly that he stops Peterson from speaking. Peterson is the founder of the South Central LA Tea Party, a radio talk show host and founder of Bond Action (http://www.bondaction.org/)
There are not many black dissidents to the majority black view. Such dissidents are often treated as heretics. The intolerance for dissident views lends some credence to the points made by Jesse Lee Peterson.
