From a moral standpoint, it is immoral to denigrate anyone due to their race, ethnicity, or national original. One's innate worth, which is not measurable, has no more connection to IQ, than to one's hair color.
Scientifically, an individual's IQ is unknowable, until tested.
Therefore, to "prejudge" a person's IQ, is not supported by science.
