Day two of the Caravan in San Diego Tijuana. Razor wire was put on the fence, where they protest takes place, but illegals are still going over and through the fence.
There were armed men in combat gear, but these were members of the Border Patrol Tactical Team, not the military. I was told the military has been consigned to logistical support, not directly supporting the Border Patrol on the Border.
